Solutions

We can provide a multitude of underfloor heating (UFH) systems for all floor constructions, e.g. new build/in-screed, overfloor/retrofit systems and joisted floors. We can also provide wall and ceiling heating/cooling* systems to be used in conjunction with UFH, or instead of, such as where UFH isn’t possible or suitable. We can cater for one room systems, part or full houses and commercial properties. We also have the knowledge and solutions to cater for all types of heat source, gas/oil boilers, Biomass and air/ground source heat pumps. 

*Please note that cooling is only possible with the correct cool water source e.g. heat pump with cooling function.

Service

We provide ourselves on excellent service and our Google and Trust Pilot reviews are testament to this. We provide pipe designs, installation guides, wiring diagrams and user manuals for our systems and products. We are available for technical assistance at times when most of our competitors are closed! 

We take the same professional approach and care to every system, regardless of the size or value.

We source carefully chosen products from a multitude of manufacturers around the world and we only supply products that are tried and tested. Every product we supply to customers is sold with complete confidence that it will exceed the customers’ expectations and provide years of hassle-free use. We have high quality products to meet all budgets – poor quality is not tolerated!!

As above, we expect our products to perform superbly and last a very long time. It is rare for us to experience product failures, but should it happen, we have excellent warranties and back up from our manufacturers. As a customer, you can have the peace of mind of the following warranties;

Variotherm Heiszsysteme Gmbh distributor

We are very proud to be a distributor of Variotherm systems and products. Variotherm have been designing and manufacturing innovate and top-quality solutions since 1979. The founder’s son, Alex Watzek has been running the company for 25 years. Their systems include floor heating, wall heating/cooling, ceiling heating/cooling, acoustic ceiling heating/cooling, skirting heating and trench heating. The technical data available for Variotehrm systems is second-to-none in our industry. Being a company based around on high end engineering, their ethos is to develop products and solutions whilst constantly improving efficiency in those systems and also within their manufacturing facility in Leobersdorf, Austria. VarioHeat’s owner Damien Wilkinson has been designing, supplying and installing Variotherm systems since 2015.

Price

We have very good buying power and have excellent trading agreements with our suppliers. We do not have price increases unless a manufacturer increases their price, which is usually a result of their raw material costs. Our overheads are low because we don’t have field sales staff, rebate schemes with merchants and we don’t display at exhibitions. All of this enables us to be able to keep prices extremely competitive, plus we’re not greedy! We can very confidently say that like-for-like, we’re unbeatable.

Knowledge and experience

As well being a specialist distributor, we are very experienced in products, design, installation and technical/fault finding. We can advise on the best installation methods and products from the outset, which saves time and money in the long run. We will very often give advice on other products or parts of the installation we aren’t directly involved with, e.g. flooring, plumbing, electrics – very few companies will have this knowledge or even engage in the conversations.

Detailed quotes and technical information

Our quotes are written in as plain terminology as possible. We provide a specification brief at the top of our quotes and a list of items specified with a total price, to ensure clarity around what is included. We also list system component upgrades, further options such as smart home and/or wireless controls, components you may need (that we can’t quantify, such as zone valves and levelling compound) and installation tools – very few companies provide this level of detail and varied options. On deposit of the order, we will provide the pipe design and technical documents. We provide A1 paper copies of the design and any relevant installation document(s) in the delivery of the equipment.
