VarioHeat Ltd was founded in 2021 by Damien Wilkinson after a 10-year stint as a director of another UFH company. Damien’s 35 year career started at the Ministry of Defence where he completed an apprenticeship as a Mechanical Engineer, gaining a HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Aided Design and Manufacture. After a couple of years in the Motor Industry, he spent 10 years in the Kitchen & Bathroom and Plumbing industries, before ‘falling into’ Renewables and UFH in 2010, an industry he has since been incredibly passionate about.

Damien’s engineering background plus significant experience in UFH installations has given him an incredible breadth of knowledge, especially when it comes to specifying a system or advising from a technical perspective.

VarioHeat source carefully chosen products from a multitude of manufacturers around the world and we only supply products that are tried and tested. Every product we supply to customers is sold with complete confidence that it will exceed the customers’ expectations and provide years of hassle free use. We have high quality products to meet all budgets – poor quality is not tolerated!!

VarioHeat is very proud to be a business partner of Variotherm Heizsysteme Gmbh. Damien has been specifying, distributing and installing Variotherm systems since 2015 and has a close relationship with the company, both personally and commercially.

We have fully functional retrofit UFH and modular wall heating systems, controlled by Salus Quantum Smart Home controls, for customers to experience at our office.
